Il\/elle \u00e9labore la strat\u00e9gie de communication en accord avec la DMCX, d\u00e9finit les actions de communication, pilote les projets et leur mise en \u0153uvre et g\u00e8re le budget aff\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui se traduit notamment par les missions suivantes :<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. D\u00e9finition de la strat\u00e9gie de communication<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recueillir les informations strat\u00e9giques li\u00e9es au d\u00e9veloppement du Groupe aupr\u00e8s de la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale (gouvernance, projet d\u2019entreprise, projet manag\u00e9rial\u2026)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Fixer les orientations strat\u00e9giques de la communication en mati\u00e8re d\u2019image, de visibilit\u00e9, de message et d\u00e9finir le plan de communication annuel\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Assurer un r\u00f4le de conseil aupr\u00e8s de la hi\u00e9rarchie sur l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019identit\u00e9 et du positionnement de marque en interne et en externe\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9laborer la strat\u00e9gie \u00e9v\u00e9nementielle et de relations publiques\u00a0;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Organisation, d\u00e9ploiement et coordination op\u00e9rationnels des actions de communication <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conseiller et accompagner la direction dans le la gestion des prises de paroles sp\u00e9cifiques (communication de crise, gestion de bad buzz, porte-parole\u2026)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Valider les d\u00e9clinaisons du plan de communication sous ses diff\u00e9rents aspects et supports : communication interne, externe (relations publiques, relations presse\u2026), corporate (rapport annuel\u2026), digitale (sites internet, r\u00e9seaux sociaux\u2026)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Superviser la cr\u00e9ation de supports destin\u00e9s aux diff\u00e9rents publics, internes et externes (brochures, plaquettes, kits, affiches, dossiers et communiqu\u00e9s de presse, newsletters, vid\u00e9os, podcast\u2026)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Veiller \u00e0 la coh\u00e9rence de l\u2019image du Groupe sur l\u2019ensemble des d\u00e9clinaisons de la communication et des supports (\u00e9ditorial, Web, Intranet, \u00e9v\u00e9nements, m\u00e9dias, r\u00e9seaux sociaux)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Pilotage, evaluation et optimisation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9laborer, planifier et g\u00e9rer le budget de communication annuel et le chiffre d\u2019affaires\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9finir, mettre en place et suivre une politique d\u2019\u00e9valuation des actions de communication \u00e0 travers des indicateurs de performance \u2013 KPI (\u00e9tudes, enqu\u00eates de satisfaction, donn\u00e9es de trafic web, mentions sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, calcul de retour sur investissement)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019assurer de la qualit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique des actions de communication men\u00e9es en filiale et de leur coh\u00e9rence avec la strat\u00e9gie globale\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. <\/strong><strong>Management et Veille de la communication du Group<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Animer et encadrer les \u00e9quipes (charg\u00e9s de communication, graphistes, journalistes, attach\u00e9s de presse\u2026) au niveau Groupe\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Assurer une veille m\u00e9dia sur les retomb\u00e9es presse\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Effectuer un travail de veille strat\u00e9gique et concurrentielle (positionnement, politique de communication, actions de communication\u2026)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Profile for the Position<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;
