An Ivorian businessman, he is a graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales from the Académie Internationale d’Enseignement Secondaire et Supérieur de Bordeaux in France; the Manhattan Institute of Management;
the International Management Institute of Japan; and the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) of Paris.
He joined the Atlantic Group in 2007 as Chairman and CEO of Atlantic Financial Group Central and East Africa and is now in charge of the development of the Group’s Banking & Insurance division.
Léon Konan KOFFI is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of AFG Holding.

Holder of a diploma in agronomy from ENSA and a diploma in management from IAE Paris, he held, for more than a decade, high positions in the Ivorian administration and received several distinctions within the government, from 1979 until the end of the 1980s.
Reputed as one of the great leaders and pioneers who built the recent agricultural policy of Côte d’Ivoire, the Ivorian businessman, Mr. KONE DOSSONGUI subsequently founded Atlantic Group, a diversified conglomerate covering financial services (banking, insurance) and industrial activities in West Africa, Central Africa and the Indian Ocean.

Mr. WILSON has a diversified background in management, ranging from mathematics to finance, computer science and management science. Mr. WILSON has more than 40 years of experience in the banking, insurance, industry and agribusiness sectors.
He has held several management positions at Société de Gestion et d’Intermédiation (Benin), MOOV Togo, Banque Atlantique Togo and Banque Arabe et Internationale d’Investissement (BAII) Paris (France). He is currently in charge of the development of the Group’s Industries and Services division.

Financial expert and graduate of ESCA (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce d’Abidjan), he has more than ten years of experience in the field of finance, particularly in financial engineering, modeling, structuring and financial restructuring of companies in the banking, insurance, industry and agribusiness sectors.
After holding senior positions at the Banque Internationale de l’Afrique de l’Ouest (BIAO, now NSIA Banque), he joined Atlantic Group in 2015 as Deputy Managing Director of AFG and became in 2022 the Managing Director of Atlantic Group SA, the parent company of the Group in charge of supervising the activities of the sub-holdings (banking, insurance and industry). Mr. ABISSA is a CFA Charterholder.

A mechanical engineer with a degree from ENTPE in Lyon and an MBA from New York University, he is a proven leader with over 35 years of international experience in private sector investment, local currency fundraising, financial product engineering, energy product finance, risk management strategy and project management support in diverse business areas covering the financial sector, public and private infrastructure development, industry and government, energy product financing, risk management strategy and project management support in diversified areas of activity covering the financial sector, public and private infrastructure development, industry and services and public-private partnerships.
General Manager of Togo Invest Corporation SA, Mr. MIVEDOR has held senior positions with the ADB, BRVM UMOA, Lehman Brothers, etc.

A graduate of the Institut d’études politiques de Paris and the Centre d’études supérieures de Banque, he joined the Société Générale Group in 1973.
He became General Manager of Société Générale des Banques in Côte d’Ivoire in 1988 and, 10 years later, took over the management of international retail banking.
He then developed Société Générale’s international network while strengthening the Group’s historical positions, particularly in Africa. In 2012, Mr. Mattei became advisor to the Chairman and CEO of the Société Générale Group.
He has also held senior positions within AFD, Mauritius Commercial Bank, ORAGROUP, KEYS, etc.

Agronomist Engineer graduated from ENSA in Abidjan and from California and Washington State Universities, is an expert in socio-economic and sustainable development focusing on poverty reduction, agriculture and agribusiness, food security, agricultural finance with over 39 years of professional experience in governmental, international and non-profit agencies.
He has held senior positions with the World Bank, BNDA, DCGTx, etc.

A graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies and Harvard Business School, he is the Chairman and CEO of Enko Capital West Africa and the co-founder and partner of Enko Capital Management LLP.
He has over 32 years of experience in the financial sector, including asset management, financial services, fund raising, mergers, acquisitions, etc.
